Please read this before making a stupid comment This is my first video in a series i am going to do for body update since now i am not doing powerlifting for a while since a shoulder injury i had from not taking time off of heavy weight i have moved into some bodybuilding. In January when i turned 16 i was weighing 255lbs in this video i am 205 and we are trying to get down to about 185lbs i will continue to update when i feel like i could get some footage and my height is 5 10 any question feel free to comment now that you have read this.
