I am a gastric by-pass patient to drink and 3-4 protein drinks per day. I found this product to taste the best chocolate egg whites and mix it very maklik.

I have not tried other protein shakes recently, so this review is specifically indicated on the Champion Nutrition Pure Whey Protein Stack.
I selected for the chocolate than the vanilla tends to make me gag and is too sweet.
Meng protein
I powder with a bit of hot water to help leave a better and nonfat milk, then add it to the top. It comes out smooth with very few bumps and if you allow it to sit for a minute, it is actually a little creamy. Tastes good and goes down smooth. I actually look forward to a shake after workouts nou.
In the month that I use is combined with my workout, I noticed an increase in size in the shoulders and arms. How much of this can be attributed to the shake, I can not say, but it certainly takes the edge off me after a workout hunger. After drinking this I was satisfied but not stuffed, and it helps me to not litter snacks on the fight against the purpose of my presence werk.
I still more than half a pot a great value considering the cost. I plan to continue buying the product after I run out.
